1. Principal/Administrator (Female Only)

Key Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Degree (P.G.): In any stream (Candidates with relevant specialization in education are encouraged to apply).
• Master of Education (M.Ed.): Essential to ensure understanding of advanced educational practices and strategies.
• Strong Communication Skills in English: The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be liaising with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in educational administration or leadership roles. Candidates who have led or managed educational institutions, or have experience in school management, will be given top priority.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the school
• Provide leadership and direction to teaching staff
• Ensure adherence to educational standards and policies
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school board
• Supervise and manage administrative staff

2. Academic Coordinator (Female Only)

Key Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Degree (P.G.): In any stream.
• Master of Education (M.Ed.): This ensures an in-depth understanding of educational philosophies and approaches.
• Expertise in Montessori Method of Education: Montessori expertise is vital for this role, as the academic coordinator will work closely with teachers to integrate Montessori principles into the curriculum.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the academic performance of students and support teaching staff.
• Develop and implement curriculum strategies and educational plans.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure curriculum standards are met.
• Organize training programs for staff development.
• Assist with student assessments and academic progress.

Experience:

Candidates with prior experience working in Montessori-based education will be preferred. Additional experience in academic coordination or teaching will be an advantage.

3. Trained Teacher (Female Only)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream): A minimum requirement for the teaching position.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.): Essential to understand pedagogy, classroom management, and teaching strategies.
